Kelly Conveyancing is a separate division of Kelly Legal which specialises in conveyancing services - particularly in buying and selling residential property and vacant residential land.

Kelly Conveyancing offers a genuine alternative to the cut-price, minimum service conveyancing model.  Our team is available on the phone, by email or in person and will personally keep you up to date with every step of your transaction.

Our team possesses local knowledge and enjoys good working relationships with local agents, banks and mortgage brokers, factors which add significant value to each transaction and ensure you get the best possible service every time.

Kelly Legal began as “MS Kelly & Co Solicitors” in 2004 when Sean Kelly acquired the small practice of a retiring solicitor in Mackay.  In 2007, the practice merged with long-standing local firm Searles Solicitors and adopted the name Kelly Legal.  Our commitment to providing high quality, service oriented residential conveyancing was demonstrated through the establishment of Kelly Conveyancing as a separate division in 2006.  

With a head office in Mackay and a Brisbane CBD office, we are committed to providing a high standard of service to all of our clients.
